Lucy is the manager at Austin's and is part of the family business (she is Steve and Joannas daughter). Lucy has been working in the business since Buckfast took over the concession in Austins, and she has a flair for colour and design as well as real in depth knowlage of the technical side of the flooring business

Heather joined us in 2019 and has become an invaluable team member, great with customers and able to guide you through the tricky journey of choosing your flooring with confidence.
Hailey Wainright.
Hailey is based in our Buckfast showroom but sometimes helps out in Austins. She is the organisational heart of the business, ensuring the organisation runs smoothly.
Steve Upperton Owner
With years of experience working for a large carpet manufacturer, Steve’s knowledge is vast. Steve likes to be hands-on, working in the store, customer visits and managing the 4 stores in the group.

After many years of running an interiors on-line business, Joanna brings her organisation and design flair to the shop.
Geoff Brooks Estimator
Geoff is responsible for the tape measure in the business and will normally be the one to visit your property. With his decades of experience, he will be able to advise on different types of carpet and floor coverings. Getting the measure right is the first stage of the process, a lot of responsibility for Geoff, but he loves a challenge!
